Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of acute care experience preferred.
• 1–2 years as a CNA/MA (or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains continuous observation of up to 16 virtual patients and reports unsafe activities.
• Alerts nursing staff immediately when a patient needs assistance.
• Uses two‑way audio to verbally redirect patients to prevent injury.
• Participates in shift hand‑offs with detailed reports for oncoming staff.
• Documents interventions and communications with bedside staff for all patients.
• Communicates promptly with hospital personnel if a patient poses risk to self or others.
• Assists in training new staff and conducts competency checks.
