Rogers Behavioral Health is hiring a licensed outpatient therapist for 100% remote behavioral health services. You will provide individual and family therapy to diverse age groups, using CBT, DBT, and MI, and develop individualized treatment plans via a secure telehealth platform.

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, with two years' outpatient healthcare experience preferred.
• Full, independent licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Ph.D./Psy.D., or equivalent (e.g. LPCC, LMHC).
• CPR certification within 30 days; NCI training within 60 days.

• Participate in supervision as required by licensure.
• Independently manage caseload within a collaborative clinic environment.
• Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Adapt to a dynamic, evolving healthcare environment.
• Complete all documentation and charge entries after visits.
• Communicate professionally and accurately; foster interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Maintain patient and facility safety; adhere to all regulatory requirements.
• Submit encounter reconciliation monthly or as requested.

As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide virtual, 100% remote behavioral health services within our traditional outpatient counseling program. You will work with individuals and families seeking support for a wide range of mental health and behavioral health concerns. Using a secure telehealth platform, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Services include individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and substance use disorders.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and family therapy to children,adolescents,and adults across a wide range of behavioral health concerns,including anxiety,OCD, depression,trauma,eating disorders,and addiction.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI),with flexibility to adapt sessions to individual needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other team members.
• Actively monitor progress and document clinical interventions effectively in our electronic health record system.
• Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with patients,promoting trust and positive outcomes.
• Educate and empower patients with skills to manage their symptoms and improve their overall well-being.
• Actively participate in supervision where required based on your licensure and state regulations.
• Independently manage your caseload while contributing to a collaborative clinic environment.
• Demonstrate strong communication,problem-solving,and decision-making skills.
• Adapt to and thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving healthcare environment.
• Complete all documentation and charge entry after each visit.

Additional Job Description:

Education/Training Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, from an accredited school of Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Family Therapy with a minimum of two (2) years' experience in health care and experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting, preferred.
• Full, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Ph.D./Psy.D., or equivalent in state practicing, i.e. LPCC, LMHC.
• Working knowledge of therapeutic intervention and techniques for all age groups, as well as the dynamics of human growth and behavior.
• Familiarity with and proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches,particularly CBT,DBT,and MI.
• American Heart Association CPR certification within thirty (30) days of hire. Bi-annual re-certification is required.
• Training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) within sixty (60) days of hire/transfer. Annual re-certification is required.
• Attend all mandatory in-services and other in-services relevant to the position. Be responsible for all educational requirements and related obligations pertaining to the license of the program/unit license regulatory requirements governing the program(s).
• Must be in good standing with Rogers Behavioral Health and have a reference from your supervisor to participate in this program
