Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of virtual/inside sales or relevant customer-facing sales experience.
• Experience with oncology practices, healthcare systems or pharma/biotech is preferred.
• Strong outbound prospecting and customer engagement skills.
• Comfortable conversations via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Experience using Zoom or Teams for virtual presentations.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

As an Oncology Account Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource to oncology healthcare professionals, providing clinical and disease-state education while supporting customer engagement.

• Engage oncology healthcare professionals through compliant, clinical and patient-centric conversations focused on disease state education, appropriate patient identification, treatment landscapes, and product positioning.
• Support pre-launch post-launch initiatives by identifying key stakeholders within oncology practices and health systems, creating awareness, educating customers, and accelerating adoption through virtual engagement channels.
• Partner with client field sales, marketing, medical affairs, and market access teams to ensure aligned customer engagement strategies.
• Serve as a trusted resource for community oncology customers throughout the customer journey.

You are a great fit if you have...

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $95-105k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance
