Virtual Multi-therapeutic Nurse Educator

The Virtual Nurse Educator Program is designed as an educational resource for patients with chronic diseases prescribed specific medications. Nurse Educators engage in one-on-one communication with patients via telephone, video platforms, email, and SMS, strictly following program guidelines. This role is educational; Nurse Educators do not provide medical advice or clinical care.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate connections between patients and approved resources
• Educate patients on disease states and medications
• Promote behavioral change and treatment compliance
• Facilitate dialogue between patients and healthcare providers

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or BSN; RN licensure required, preferably in primary state of residency (multi-state licensure preferred)
• Current nursing license in good standing
• At least 5 years of clinical healthcare experience (hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, biotech)
• Experience as a Nurse Educator preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Dedicated home workspace
• Knowledge of clinical data and pharmacology
• Strong time management, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and iPad technology
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings; travel up to 20%
