Job summary

American Heritage Credit Union in Philadelphia seeks a Virtual (Video) Member Experience Advisor to join our Main office team in Northeast Philadelphia. You will engage with members and associates through needs-based, consultative actions via remote/video channels, delivering premier service and solutions.

Responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert on deposit/loan products and digital offerings, opening accounts, processing loans, and driving member engagement using CRM data

Qualifications

3–5 years of related experience; at least 1 year in a call center.
Associate's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Ability to work Call Center hours: Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and rotating Saturdays 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

Provide premier service as financial consultant for members.
Open new accounts and process loan applications with accurate documentation.
Cross-sell products and support account maintenance and servicing.
Assist members with self-service technology and use CRM analytics to drive engagement.
