Qualifications

• At least one year of virtual coaching experience with live video + async messaging.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Comfort with fast-moving, evolving startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one video coaching sessions and assess progress.
• Maintain proactive communication via in-app messaging.
• Interpret wearable and biometric signals for personalized insights.
• Identify red flags and route members to clinicians.
• Share patterns and insights with product and operations teams.

Skills

Professional coaching credential: NBC-HWC (or exam-enrolled)

Virtual coaching experience with live video + async messaging

Skill in managing a caseload

Comfort interpreting HR, HRV, and biometric data

High empathy with structured accountability

Education

Fitness or nutrition certification: CPT (ACE, NASM, ACSM) or equivalent
