Job summary

Houston Methodist Specialty Physician Group is seeking a Virtual ICU Nocturnist specialized in Neuro Critical Care to support one of the nation's leading academic medical centers. The physician will provide expert virtual care for critically ill neurological patients and will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient outcomes across the Houston Methodist system.

Qualifications

• Experience in Neurocritical care.
• Fellowship training and board eligibility or certification in Neurocritical Care preferred.
• Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain a Texas license.
• Prior Telehealth or Tele-ICU experience preferred, but not required.
• Commitment to clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual ICU care for neuro-critical patients across the Houston Methodist system.
• Collaborate with intensivists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, and APPs.
• Utilize tele-ICU infrastructure to coordinate patient management.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and outcomes.
