Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Virtual Education Specialist to connect with healthcare professionals, deliver educational messaging, and build relationships that drive awareness and business results.

You will lead outbound lead generation, educate on disease states, and identify patients in a virtual healthcare environment, engaging physicians, other providers, and clinic staff to generate qualified leads.

Qualifications

• 1 year of pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales or lead generation experience.
• Lead-generation experience in a virtual setting preferred.
• Virtual/inside sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed lead-generation metrics.
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation.
• Effective prioritization and planning while adhering to compliance guidelines.

As a Virtual Education Specialist, you’ll connect with healthcare professionals, deliver meaningful educational messaging, and build relationships that drive awareness and business results.

In this role, you will be responsible for outbound lead generation, disease-state education, and patient identification in a virtual healthcare environment. • Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff to increase education and awareness.
• Build trust and strengthen customer relationships through consistent, professional virtual engagement with HCPs and key office personnel.
• Identify and monitor local market conditions and customer insights to support lead-generation efforts and collaborate effectively with field counterparts.

You are a great fit if you have…

• Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales or lead generation experience
• Demonstrated success in a lead-generation environment, with experience conducting virtual educational sessions with HCPs preferred
• Virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes and meet/exceed lead-generation metrics
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation
• Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines
