Job summary

Syneos Health, a leading biopharmaceutical solutions partner, seeks a Virtual Education Specialist in the Atlanta area. You will engage healthcare professionals, deliver meaningful educational messaging, and build relationships that drive awareness and business results.

You will lead outbound calls, emails, and virtual sessions to educate HCPs, identify leads, and support field teams with market insights. The role emphasizes compliance, motivation, and outcomes in a dynamic virtual setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales or lead generation.
• Experience conducting virtual educational sessions with HCPs preferred.
• Virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes and meet lead-generation metrics.

Responsibilities

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions to deliver education and generate qualified leads.
• Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff to increase education and awareness.
• Build trust and strengthen customer relationships through consistent, professional virtual engagement with HCPs and key office personnel.
• Identify and monitor local market conditions and customer insights to support lead-generation efforts and collaborate effectively with field counterparts.

In this role, you will be responsible for outbound lead generation, disease-state education, and patient identification in a virtual healthcare environment. You are a great fit if you have…

• Demonstrated success in a lead-generation environment, with experience conducting virtual educational sessions with HCPs preferred
• Virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes and meet/exceed lead-generation metrics
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation
• Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines
