Job summary

Monte Nido seeks a Virtual Group Facilitator to support clients remotely, delivering therapeutic interventions and group curriculum in alignment with the Monte Nido approach. The role requires engagement with patients, modeling healthy eating, and maintaining detailed daily documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years' experience in relevant health-related field; virtual group therapy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of technology and required software (camera, mic, high-speed internet).
• Experience with EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, therapeutic milieu for clients.
• Model healthy eating habits during meals and snacks as part of program.
• Engage with clients aligning with Monte Nido's approach.
• Deliver curriculum to groups and manage sessions independently.
• Co-facilitate groups and monitor attendance and engagement.
• Document interactions and observations in daily reports and meal logs.
• Update notes within 24 hours and ensure accurate attendance.
