Job summary

One Medical’s Virtual Medical Team (VMT) provides world-class virtual care to patients 24/7, supported by technology and a collaborative team. This full-time role requires an FNP with CA license, 2+ years in outpatient primary care or urgent care, and readiness to obtain additional licenses for cross-state care.

Responsibilities include telehealth visits (video/phone/email), weekly Clinical Rounds, and close collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency settings.
• Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• 103 or 104 certification is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Shifts range from 6am-5pm, 7am-6pm, 11am-10pm or 1pm-12am PST.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

What you’ll be working on:

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
• Currently licensed inCAwith ability to obtain additional state licenses
• 103 or 104 certification is strongly preferred; and willingness to obtain required
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)
• Current shifts range from (6am-5pm, 7am-6pm, 11am -10pm or 1pm - 12am PST)
• Excellent clinical and communication skills

This is a full-time virtual role that is 40 hours per week.

One Medical is com mitted to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base hourly range for this role is $59.10 to $65.50

per hour (plus evening and weekend differential) based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
