Job summary

One Medical is seeking a licensed Advanced Practitioner for a full-time, remote Virtual Medical Team role. You will treat patients through telehealth visits (video, phone, email) and participate in weekly rounds, collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates in a patient-centered care model.

Base pay is hourly and ranges from $59.10 to $65.50, with evening and weekend differentials. The position requires weekday/weekend availability and provides robust benefits including free memberships

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care or 2 years in urgent care/emergency medicine.
• Currently licensed in NY, NJ, MA, or IL with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• For IL license must have independent practice authority (FPA).
• For NJ: APN with Full Practice Authority (> 5000 hours in primary care).
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including video visits, telephonic triage, and email follow-ups.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles.

The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, providing world-class, convenient, evidence-based virtual medical care to One Medical patients in concert with their primary care providers. Through advanced technology and a team-based approach, we care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Employment type:

Full time 40 hours including evenings and weekends

What you'll be working on:

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
• Currently licensed in one of these states : NY, NJ, MA, or IL with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• For IL License must have received independent practice authority in Illinois , APRN-FPA (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - Full Practice Authority)
• For NJ: Must have Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with Full Practice Authority status (> 5000 hours in primary care)
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)
• Current shifts range from (8am - 7pm ET, 11am - 10 pm ET, 12 pm - 11 PM ET, 1 pm- 12 AM ET)
• Excellent clinical and communication skills

This is a full-time virtual role.

The base hourly range for this role is $59.10 to $65.50 per hour (plus evening and weekend differential) based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
