Position Overview

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to support our senior managers remotely. Responsibilities include managing calendars, arranging travel, and preparing expense reports. The ideal candidate should have excellent time management skills, be well-organized, and able to work independently. You will contribute to our business efficiency by providing personalized and timely support.

Hours

Monday, Friday, Tuesday 2pm - 10pm EST; Saturday, Sunday 10am - 7pm EST.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing complex schedules
  • Planning, logistics, and operations support
  • Providing administrative support
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handling confidential information
  • Supporting data entry, project completion, event planning, filing, and correspondence
  • Organizing meetings from start to finish
  • Screening calls, preparing documents, bill payments, record keeping
  • Running errands as needed
  • Maintaining action items, to-do lists, and providing updates
  • Performing Chief of Staff level duties and project management
  • Procurement and logistics support
Candidate Qualifications
  • Experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant (BPO experience preferred)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Discretion handling confidential information
  • Knowledge of office management systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High-speed internet (20Mbps+)
Compensation and Benefits

Physical Requirements

Primarily sedentary work in a professional office environment, involving sitting/standing for long periods, operating office equipment, and occasional movement or lifting up to 40 pounds.
