Legacy Assurance Plan offers a part-time, remote role for estate planning attorneys. You’ll handle intake-complete, pre-qualified clients, allowing you to focus on practicing law and building experience in wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

With back-office support and a peer network for collaboration, this position lets you layer the role into an existing practice while exploring cross-state opportunities without aggressive marketing costs.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing in your state of residence.
• Comfortable independently advising and managing clients with back-office and peer support.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on volume across wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Exposure to Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning.
• Established peer network of estate planning attorneys for collaboration and referrals.
• Full back-office support including document review, printing, deed retrieval, delivery scheduling and follow-ups.
