You will gain hands-on experience across wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, with exposure to Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning, plus collaboration with an established peer network and full back-office support for document review, printing, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing in your state of residence.
• Comfortable independently advising and managing clients, with back-office and peer support behind you.
• Multi-state licensure or reciprocity a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake-complete, pre-qualified clients.
