Job summary

Children’s Therapy Center is seeking licensed ESIT evaluators to join our virtual evaluation team serving the Early Support for Infants & Toddlers program. Evaluators partner with families and an interdisciplinary team to complete ESIT evaluations and determine eligibility for services.

Must reside in Washington and hold WA licensure in PT/OT/SLP/Special Educator/Social Worker, plus ESIT Credential; telehealth experience preferred. Full-time position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Washington State with WA licensure in PT/OT/SLP/Special Educator or related field.
• Must hold ESIT Credential and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Demonstrate commitment to high-quality, family-centered ESIT services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct family-centered, strength-based ESIT evaluations and eligibility determinations.
• Prepare clear evaluation summaries and timely documentation within ESIT timelines.
• Collaborate with FRCs, providers, and leadership to ensure coordinated evaluations.
• Support COS preparation and end-of-evaluation summaries with families.
