Job summary

Fullmind is seeking certified educators to join a remote, 1099 contractor pool. Earn $240–$250 per day by selecting placements that match your Spanish K-4 certification. You will teach using the district's virtual platform, develop aligned lesson plans, and monitor student progress.

Requirements include US work authorization, an active state teaching certification, a Bachelor's degree, and 3+ years of professional teaching experience. Prior online teaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings and collaborate with on-site facilitators.

Job description

$240-$250 daily rate. Rates are negotiable and subject to change. Spanish K-4; Monday-Friday, 8:45AM-3:00PM EST Fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity. Valid New Jersey World Language (Spanish) certification required. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

The Role

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.

As a Fullmind educator, you will:

• Access our educator portal to select the jobs you take on
• Teach the school's curriculum on the district's virtual platform
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum
• Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment
• Engage and nurture student learning through thoughtful, relationship-focused strategies
• Track student grades and performance
• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings
• Partner with the in-class facilitator physically present with students

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and currently hold an active, USA state-issued teaching certification in one of the areas above.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration + submit a background check as part of the application process.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus!
