Job summary

Fullmind is seeking licensed educators to join its remote pool for live, scheduled instruction with U.S. schools. As an independent contractor (1099), you’ll teach virtually, align with district curricula, and participate in professional development as openings arise.

Required are a valid U.S. teaching certification and at least 3 years of professional teaching experience. This contract is remote with flexible start dates based on placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Active USA state-issued teaching certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional educator experience.
• Authorised to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Access the educator portal to select available jobs.
• Teach the school's curriculum on the district's virtual platform.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
• Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
• Engage and nurture student learning through thoughtful strategies.
• Track student grades and performance.
• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings.
• Collaborate with the in-class facilitator present with students.

Job description

$40 per hour. Rates are negotiable and subject to change. Fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:22am - 12:06 pm EST. Valid Computer Science Teacher New Jersey Certification is required. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.

As a Fullmind educator, you will:

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and currently hold an active, USA state-issued teaching certification in one of the areas above.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration + submit a background check as part of the application process.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus!
