Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Support

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Assist with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality service.
Data Entry & Documentation

  1. Accurately input, update, and maintain records in company databases and CRM systems.
  2. Review and verify information to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
  3. Organize digital files and documentation for efficient access and retrieval.
Scheduling & Coordination

  1. Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and meetings for clients and internal teams.
  2. Coordinate and confirm bookings, deadlines, and follow-ups as needed.
  3. Arrange travel accommodations, reservations, and itineraries when required.
Administrative & Assistant Duties

  1. Provide administrative support, including report generation and email management.
