What will you do as a Customer Service Associate?

As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, your purpose is to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers by answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email – including questions about orders, products, payments, and website navigation. You will use various tools to navigate, research, review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

What are your hours?

This role requires working variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight, day, and late shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled within operating hours of 6 am to 11 pm, Sunday to Saturday, and may include national holidays. Your specific schedule will be provided closer to your start date.
