With our 100% scripted sales process and a 33% conversion rate from sat appointments to closed policies, your time and effort translate directly into results. You’ll engage with warm, inbound leads and guide clients through choosing the right life insurance solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle pre-qualified, inbound leads (no cold calling required)
• Use a step-by-step phone script to educate clients and recommend insurance products
• Provide exceptional virtual customer service and follow-up
• Submit applications electronically and manage client info in CRM
• Attend weekly training and coaching sessions to grow your skills
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active life insurance license (required)
• Background in customer service, inside sales, or call center roles preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a service-first mindset
• Ability to follow a script and stay organized in a remote environment
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong follow-through
