You will work in a high-volume, fast-moving environment, supported by training and the tools provided by Wayfair. Responsibilities include handling a high volume of calls, meeting performance metrics, and building relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Own a PC with a modem and a minimum 25Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed; standalone Wi-Fi is not permitted.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Private and dedicated workspace free of interruptions and distractions.
• Full participation in training, with no unexcused absences or lateness.
• Pass the applicant assessment to continue screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-volume, top-tier customer support with accuracy and empathy.
• Handle an average of 50–60 calls per shift.
• Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and targets.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and resolve issues on first contact when possible.
• Navigate multiple programs and screens to answer questions and find solutions.
• Identify trends and report areas for improvement.
