Job summary

Amaze Health is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our virtual care team. This role supports patients with acute and chronic conditions, mental health, and preventive care through video or secure chat, delivering trusted, patient-first care.

The ideal APP has an active license, virtual care experience, and excellent communication. Work four 10-hour days with rotating weekends (12PM–10PM MST).

Responsibilities

• Uncover root causes by asking thoughtful questions over video or secure chat to understand underlying issues behind illness or medical conditions.
• Deliver accurate diagnoses using clinical expertise, patient history, and remote diagnostic tools in a virtual setting.
• Guide care decisions by ordering, interpreting, and following up on lab tests via digital platforms to personalize care plans.
• Prescribe with clarity by electronically writing prescriptions and explaining usage, administration, and side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and the extended care team to deliver seamless, patient-first care.
• Innovate under pressure by developing patient-centered solutions suited to virtual care realities.
