This role involves delivering virtual or telephonic educational support to Immunology patients, caregivers, Healthcare Professionals, and their staff in primary care or specialist settings, focusing on a designated disease state, to meet all standards set by the company and Clinical Manager.

What will you be doing?
- Providing telephonic and/or virtual non-promotional disease state educational support for designated treatment indications of products to patients and caregivers.
- Providing education on treatment and medical devices, including injection training via live, telephonic, or video engagement.
- Educating patients about support programs, product fulfillment, and insurance coverage.
- Addressing patient questions related to insurance, product fulfillment, and support program eligibility.
- Presenting virtual educational programs to Healthcare Professionals, Patients, Caregivers, or other customers following client procedures.
- Conducting outbound medication adherence support to patients and caregivers.
- Enrolling patients/caregivers into educational seminars and providing resources for community support.
- Collecting demographic data and managing product, sample, reimbursement services, and literature fulfillment.
- Maintaining high quality and customer service standards, utilizing live video conferencing and approved materials.
- Attending and completing all required training and competency assessments.
- Developing relationships with key customers and exploring new partnership opportunities.
- Completing administrative responsibilities like updates, reports, emails, and time tracking.
- Attending meetings and conferences to stay informed and exchange knowledge.
- Maintaining company equipment and adhering to policies and procedures.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
What do you need for this position?
- US RN License
- Experience with injectable immunologic treatments, immunology, gastroenterology, infusion centers, or Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative Colitis preferred
- Associates or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years’ healthcare experience preferred
- Effective communication and ability to explain complex healthcare topics simply
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Call center or virtual healthcare experience preferred
- Organizational skills and self-motivation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and a commitment to professional development
