Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Remote Clinical Counselor to support Navy FFSP recipients. This full-time role delivers virtual non-medical counseling to eligible Navy Wounded Warrior, Navy Gold Star, and Fisher House families, with occasional on-site demand.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology with accredited internship.
• Active clinical license in one of the listed professions required.
• Minimum two years of post-master supervised clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual non-medical counseling including individual, couples, and group sessions.
• Conduct intake, screening, assessment, and referral; develop treatment plans.
• Perform risk assessments using C-SSRS and safety planning; respond to crisis.
• Coordinate referrals for follow-up and document in FFSMIS per policy.
• Travel or surge on short notice to support CNIC-wide operations.
