Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Mobile Clinical Counselor to deliver non-medical counseling and outreach for Navy families under the FFSP CNIC Global Staffing Contract.

This full-time, in-person role travels domestically with a rotating schedule and maintains a hybrid caseload (virtual + on-site) at events, memorials, and Fisher Houses. The position requires licensure, 2+ years post-master’s experience, and the ability to travel on short notice for crisis response, safety planning, and on-site

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of grief and loss counseling experience.
• Minimum two years of full-time, post-master’s supervised clinical experience.
• Licensure/credentialing requirements per DoN/DoD for FFSP roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach at events to establish trust and offer on-the-spot support.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling.
• Manage hybrid caseload with virtual and on-site sessions.
• Perform intake, screening, assessment and referrals.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Coordinate with Family Advocacy and SAPR as needed.
• Travel as required, including overnight and international travel.
