Qualifications

• 2+ years telehealth experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to clinical expert for clinician questions.
• Support patient care, including escalated visits.
• Review time-sensitive patient cases and labs.
• Identify clinical trends and share insights.
• Participate in Doc of the Day coverage.
• Help refine clinical guidelines and protocols.
• Partner with the Medical Director on clinical quality.
• Fulfill state-required collaborating physician duties.
