Job summary

AO Globe Life is seeking a virtual consultant who assesses needs, teaches options, and maintains client relationships after the initial meeting. Administrative duties include notes, appointments, and keeping the CRM clean.

Interviews are conducted on Zoom, with the expectation to work remotely from anywhere in the United States and progress through a performance-based advancement track after comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Ability to work remotely and build client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and Zoom familiarity.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and present options during consults.
• Stay in the relationship after the first meeting.
