Job summary

Youth Service Bureau of Illinois Valley seeks a Child Family Team Meeting Facilitator to coordinate and lead CFTMs toward strong permanency plans for clients. The role involves 3-5 daily meetings conducted via Teams or Zoom, with notes written after each session and collaboration with caseworkers to identify needs.

The position requires a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, education, or related field and solid knowledge of Child Welfare/licensure processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, education or related field.
• Experience with Child Welfare and Licensure processes is required.
• Sensitive to cultural differences in group settings.

Responsibilities

• Prep notes and facilitate Child and Family Team Meetings (CFTMs).
• Track when CFTMs are needed.
• Holds 3-5 CFTMs per day, all via Teams or Zoom.
• Facilitates meetings with Caseworkers to identify client needs.
• After CFTM, write a case note.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local community resources.
