Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a day shift, full-time Virtual Care Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients remotely from Brentwood, TN. You will deliver professional nursing care via virtual platforms, coordinate care, educate patients, and document activities in the EMR.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license (compact preferred), BLS, at least 3 years in medical-surgical inpatient nursing, and a BSN is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing; compact license preferred.
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
• Minimum 3 years’ medical/surgical inpatient nursing experience.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and clinical support for assigned patients via virtual platforms.
• Perform assessments, care coordination, education, documentation, and ongoing monitoring using EMR.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians and interdisciplinary team to promote quality outcomes and safety.
• Follow organizational policies, professional nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and privacy guidelines in a virtual environment.
