Job summary

A leading patient care organization is seeking an entry-level position in its oncology healthcare team. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Obtain and enter insurance authorizations and related correspondence into patient charts
- Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other out-of-pocket amounts at the time of visit
- Maintain the primary office scheduling template and arrange financial counseling for patients as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Entry-level position requiring 0-3 years of experience, preferably in a medical office setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding is a plus
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
