Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks physicians licensed in multiple states to provide virtual patient care across specialties, including primary care and internal medicine. You will assess patients, review histories, order labs, and interpret results in a telemedicine setting.

The role requires active multi-state licenses, telehealth or high-volume experience, and at least one DEA certification. Buprenorphine is allowed with appropriate licensing; training and support are provided.

Job description

We are seeking dedicated physicians licensed in at least three to five U.S. states to provide virtual patient care across various specialties, including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care.

Key responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, ordering and interpreting lab tests, prescribing medications (excluding controlled substances, except buprenorphine), and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications include active medical licenses in multiple states, experience in telehealth or high-volume settings, strong communication skills, proficiency with telemedicine platforms, and at least one DEA certification. Willingness to obtain additional state licenses is supported and covered.
