Job summary

Chase Business Banking is seeking a dedicated Virtual Specialist to engage with Business Banking clients, providing financial solutions, education, advice, and issue resolution.

Based in our corporate office, you will partner with service teams, understand client cash flow, and refer clients to bankers or specialists to meet their needs while following risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of portfolio management or related business/customer service experience.
• Proficient in customer contact via inbound/outbound calls and video conferencing.
• Strong written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and maintain a balanced work approach to achieve objectives.
• Ability to build relationships and influence others in a fast-paced environment.
• Take initiative to build rapport and assess client needs virtually to recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach to Chase Business Banking clients to deliver solutions and exceptional client experience.
• Collaborate with service teams to resolve issues, address survey feedback, and escalate as needed.
• Consult with clients to understand business cash flow and transactions; recommend cash management, card, payment, and credit solutions.
