Job summary

Optimal Care Therapy in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client success.
