Job summary

Optimal Care Therapy in Illinois is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee ABA treatment plans for children with autism in a hybrid role. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Full-time and part-time options with flexible shifts available. Hybrid setup: mostly remote with in-person evaluations and monthly supervision within travel distance, plus benefits like health

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active license in Illinois (LBA).
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
