We are looking for a highly professional, motivated Virtual Assistant who is fluent in English, has strong sales experience, and is passionate about taking ownership of their work. This role is critical to our front-end operations, requiring full accountability for connecting with prospects, communicating with customers, and supporting the business in closing deals.

You will be responsible for outbound calling, appointment setting, follow-ups, and handling inbound leads who reach out to us. You’ll also assist with social media graphics, software management, and various business tasks to help drive growth. • Calling & Communicating with Prospects:
• Make outbound calls, respond to inbound inquiries, follow up with leads, and maintain positive engagement with potential customers.
• Help drive deals by connecting with prospects, nurturing relationships, setting appointments, and ensuring timely follow-up on all communications.
• Full Accountability for Tasks:
• Take ownership of all assigned activities, manage your workload independently, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Social Media & Graphics:
• Create and post basic marketing graphics and content (Canva or similar tools) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Software Use & Management:
