Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in K–12 art education, visual arts instruction, or curriculum development.
• Strong knowledge of high-quality art instruction, including differentiation, assessment, and student engagement.
• Experience designing curriculum, professional learning, or workshops for educators.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, practical professional learning experiences for art educators.
• Translate client goals into clear, actionable workshop content.
• Bring authentic art classroom and studio experience into workshop design reflecting teachers and students daily realities.
• Develop strategies to strengthen student engagement, artistic skill development, creative thinking, and student voice.
• Create facilitator‑ready materials so another educator can deliver the program confidently.
