Job summary

Learn It Systems is seeking a part-time Professional Development Workshop Consultant/Facilitator to join our educational team. You will edit and deliver innovative workshop content for teachers and parents, develop new material aligned with current trends, and deliver sessions with strong audience engagement.

You will collaborate with a manager and school staff, presenting to diverse groups and maintaining high standards of professional interaction in school settings.

Qualifications

• Active and valid teaching certificate required.
• Experience in providing professional development and coaching.
• Experience working with Title I students is a plus.
• Flexibility with workshop scheduling, location, and delivery (webinars, coaching, workshops).
• Excellent written and spoken communication required.
• Ability to engage an audience effectively in small and large groups.

Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver already-developed workshop content; create new content based on current educational trends and policy.
• Deliver workshops to teachers or parents, in collaboration with program managers and school personnel.
• Present in front of groups, encourage participation, and direct activities with an engaging style.
