Job summary

Fullmind is seeking ASL Educators for fully remote teaching positions. You'll engage with high school students in one-on-one educational settings, enhancing their learning through creativity and customized lesson plans. This independent contractor role allows you to select jobs aligned with your certification and follow the school district's calendar.

Qualifications

• Must have ASL Professional Educator Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
• Prior virtual teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ASL teaching for Grades 9-12 students.

American Sign Language Professional Educator Certification is required.

One-on-one teaching, ASL 4 (Grades 9-12); two hours per week

• Keep track of student grades and performance

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and have a current teaching certification for ASL.
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university
• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration + submit a background check as part of the application process
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator
• Prior virtual teaching is a plus!
