Qualifications

• Master's degree and current principal license in Oregon.
• Minimum of 4 years of highly successful school-level principal experience in Oregon.
• Demonstrated expertise in subject matter and commitment to teaching aspiring school/district office leaders.
• Recent experience as a building or district office administrator in Oregon.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Commitment to the University's Theology of Racial and Ethnic Diversity.
• Desire to work with a diverse community of students and employees representing various cultures and beliefs.
• Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and agreement with the Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in alignment with the university's mission and learning objectives.
• Develop and implement instructional strategies that promote student engagement.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
• Utilize Canvas for course management.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to university policies.
• Communicate respectfully with colleagues, students, and the public in a spirit of teamwork and service.
• Be a Christian role model to students in various settings.
• Demonstrate cross-cultural respect, appreciation, and humility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
