Job summary

The role requires 10+ years of experience in promotional medical education content, with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Oncology experience is required; HIV/Virology preferred but not essential. Advanced science degree is required, and the position emphasizes strategic leadership and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of relevant job experience with promotional medical education content such as advisory boards, speaker programs, slide decks, etc.
• Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with established professional medical editorial processes (e.g., AMA style) and ethical guidelines.
• Experience with oncology is required; HIV or Virology experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned accounts and client interactions, and guide brand strategy.
• Direct the scientific portion of brand planning and business development.
• Manage resource allocation and timelines; develop SOWs in partnership with client services.
• Identify areas for new and organic growth across accounts.
