PJI Law, PLC, a boutique Virginia law firm in Richmond, is seeking a full-time, Virginia-licensed attorney with civil litigation and trial experience to join our team. You will interact with clients daily, design and execute strategies for their cases, and manage a significant caseload with strong support from our experienced attorneys and staff.

We do not expect our attorneys to engage in business development or marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil litigation, including Virginia circuit court trial experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow established policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to genuinely connect with clients.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients daily to understand their needs and goals.
• Design and execute strategies for cases and manage a significant caseload.
• Work with a strong support team to efficiently handle matters while maintaining independence.
