Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in a personal injury practice on either the plaintiff or defense side.
• Candidates must demonstrate strong writing and research skills.
• Experience preparing for and participating in trials is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of litigation matters from filing through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Take and defend depositions, including fact witnesses and experts.
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to drive case development.
