Job summary

Delta-T Group seeks a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services in Northern Virginia. The BCBA will assess and implement individualized plans, collaborate with caregivers, and ensure compliance with BACB standards.

Responsibilities include FBAs, BSPs, supervising RBTs, and training staff, with ongoing professional development. This is a rewarding role within a leading referral agency offering flexible opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification active and in good standing with BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Experience with individuals with IDD/ASD and challenging behaviors.
• Knowledge of Virginia regulations and Medicaid guidelines (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and supervise staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BSPs.
• Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs and staff.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to reduce challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Train staff and caregivers on ABA strategies and programs.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and BACB ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and reports.
• Participate in IEP and care team meetings as needed.
• Stay updated with best practices in ABA and pursue professional development.
