Job summary

Aonic is seeking a Full-Stack Creative Producer in San Francisco to own end-to-end short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will write tight scripts, shoot compelling footage, and edit with speed to drive performance and growth.

You will collaborate with founders and advisors, develop signature formats, and build a repeatable content engine that ships multiple videos per week, with equity as part of the compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience creating social-first video content.
• Ability to write, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form content.
• Track record of posts with millions of views (20M+ total organic views or more).
• Experience in CPG, wellness, fitness, or creator-led brands.
• Confident shooter: DSLR/mirrorless, lighting, audio.
• Strong, efficient editor who crafts engaging short-form videos.
• Strong scripting ability with hooks, beats, and payoff moments.
• Deep understanding of modern social formats and trends.
• Scrappy, resourceful, and deadline-driven.
• Organized and fast with a strong work ethic and intensity.

Responsibilities

• Strategy -> Pillars & Formats -> Scripts → Shoot → Edit end-to-end
• Write tight, performance-driven scripts and hooks
• Create content across TikTok, Reels, Shorts and adapt per platform
• Capture studio + lifestyle footage with strong lighting, audio, and composition
• Edit with hook-focused, pacing, captions, sound design, and storytelling
• Collaborate with Social/Brand to run content experiments with rapid iteration
• Organize and maintain a clean asset library for reuse
• Support photo & video capture when needed (product, lifestyle, events)
