Job summary

VIPcare, a growing primary care organization, seeks a physician to provide outpatient primary care in Florida. The role emphasizes work-life balance with no nights or weekends and a competitive compensation package with a quality-based performance bonus.

The successful candidate will hold an active medical license in Florida or be willing to obtain one, with 3+ years of outpatient experience and training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.

• Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services to patients in a Florida-based setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Health Services Team and Regional Physician Coach & Clinical Performance Coach

What We Look For

• Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida
• Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care
