Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a VIP Travel Agent (Remote) to deliver high-touch service to key client travelers. You will handle inquiries via phone and email, book travel, and ensure compliance with client policies and regulatory requirements.

This role offers flexible remote work within the United States. You will leverage Amadeus GDS and internal tools, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel industry rules while providing consultative support to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in VIP travel.
• Working knowledge of travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Expertly use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests.
• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.
• Understand client travel policy and provide consultation to the customer.
• Fulfill requests regarding regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas).
• Apply travel supplier rules accurately.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of travel industries supported.

In this role, you will perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers and be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.).

What You'll Do

• Expertly use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
• Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer
• Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules
• Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of VIP Travel Consultant is between $50,000 and $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.

This position requires flexibility regarding work schedules. Assignments may include day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs.
