Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers and maintain visual standards
• Inform merchandisers on stocking needs
• Maintain visual standards set forth by management
• Problem-solve for customer issues and loop in management for assistance
• Handle VIP client service to retain clientele
• Stay up-to-date on product assortment and act as a brand ambassador
• Follow management instructions and participate in meetings
• Be punctual and reliable for shifts
• Support opening/closing duties as needed
• Represent the brand within local and broader communities
