You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and ensure the store meets visual standards while working with management on stocking and VIP service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
• Self-motivated, team player.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers and informing merchandisers/managers on stocking needs.
• Ensure visual standards set forth by management are maintained.
• Problem-solve for customer issues and loop in management for assistance.
• Provide high-touch service to VIP clientele to encourage retention.
• Stay informed on current product assortment to act as brand ambassador.
• Follow management instructions and attend work meetings as required.
• Be punctual and communicate obstacles to the manager.
• Represent the brand in the local and broader communities.
