Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers, informing merchandisers on stocking needs, and maintaining visual standards.
• Manage complex customer service situations for VIP clientele to ensure retention.
• Remain up-to-date on current product assortment to serve as an informed ambassador of the brand.
• Actively listen and follow management instructions at any time.
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties.
• Comply with professional regulations, rules and code of conduct.
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
• Be punctual and communicate obstacles to the manager.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, leveraging style and connections to local and broader communities.
